our story
Puffin was born on a girls’ weekend in Iceland, where Jacquie and Penny found themselves talking—as they always do—about clients, brands, and the exciting changes happening in their industries. Jacquie brings years of experience in merchandise and workwear; Penny brings deep expertise in marketing strategy and brand development. So whilst enjoying the volcano craters, hot springs and puffins, they realised something: by combining their strengths, they could help businesses navigate moments of change with confidence, creativity, and purpose
And so Puffin found its name.
The Atlantic puffin is Iceland’s most beloved unofficial symbol, known for its loyalty, agility, and strength. Around 60% of the world’s puffins nest in Iceland each summer, drawing visitors from around the globe. These iconic birds mate for life, return to the same home year after year, soar with incredible agility, and dive with powerful precision..
